In a statement to KNS, terming this crackdown on JKLF and other resistance parties throughout Kashmir as a glaring example of frustration of so-call rulers and their masters in Delhi and worst kind of anti-democratic attitude of India and its Kashmiri puppets, incarcerated JKLF chairman Muhammad Yasin Malik has said that this worst kind of crackdown on peaceful political activists is being done at the occasion of Indian prime minister’s visit to Kashmir. He said that these atrocities are being unleashed by the pro-claimers and upholders of so-called biggest democracy and battle of ideas and Goli Nahin Boli doctrine. Yasin Malik said that by unleashing this terror across the valley, India and its puppets in Jammu Kashmir have proved once again that they are afraid of resistance camp and are unable to compete the resistance camp politically. He said that claiming democracy and battle of ideas theory day in and day out on one hand, and putting curbs on peaceful political activities, caging down political opponents and unleashing reign of terror that too to make Indian prime minister’s visit successful on the other hand, clearly show the level of frustration rulers are suffering from and is a glaring example of state sponsored violence. He said that people who have unleashed this historical terror in Kashmir should have some shame while claiming to be democrats and upholders of battle of ideas. Yasin Malik said that putting people in jails and stopping their voices by force has not been able to defeat freedom movements in past neither will these succeed in halting our march towards freedom in future. He said that Kashmiris despite all these draconian oppressions will keep striving for freedom and will keep fighting these tyrannical methods of the so-called rulers. It is worth to mention that JKLF chairman Muhammad Yasin Malik has already appealed people to make million march towards TRC grounds a grand success on 7thNovember 2015, the day Indian prime minister Nerander Modi is visiting Kashmir and if so-called rulers choose to put barriers on the march and refuse to give permission to it, Kashmiris will observe a complete shutdown and civil curfew on the day (Saturday, 7th November 2015).
