While cancelling the attachments of all government school-teachers, deputed with different schemes, the state administration Wednesday transferred Employees Joint Action Committee (EJAC) president, Abdul Qayoom Wani to a local Government High School in his native village, Tangmarg. According to the sources, the state administration cancelled the attachments of all government school-teachers, deputed with different schemes from past years. Sources said that Jammu and Kashmir Governor, NN Vohra who is currently running the state passed an order to the Secretary, School education department. “After the directions of Governor, the authorities cancelled all the attachments of government teachers, masters and lecturers who were attached with various centrally sponsored schemes,” sources informed. They said that EJAC Forum President, Abdul Qayoom Wani, who was also attached with a centrally sponsored scheme- SSA for past years, has been transferred to a local Government High School in his native village, Tangmarg. While confirming the reports of canceling of attachments, Director School Education Kashmir (DSEK) Shah Faesal said that all the attachments were cancelled and the concerned Teachers, Masters and Lecturers have been posted to different schools. “The administration has transferred EJAC president, Abdul Qayoom Wani to a school in Tangmarg,” Faesal said.
