Chief of United Jihad Council (UJC), Syed Salah-ud-Din Monday paid tributes to the slain militant and two innocent civilians who were killed in Kakpora area of South Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Sunday. In a statement issued to KNS, Salah-ud-Din asked International community to wake up over the issue. “The killing of two innocents, Danish Farooq and Shaista Hameed is an eye-opener for the International Community to intervene into the problems of Kashmiris, which they are facing from past several decades,” he said. “The killings of innocents clearly indicate that the forces have been given license to kill the Kashmiris,” he said, adding that Kashmiris are being targeting intentionally. Meanwhile, Salah-ud-Din also paid tributes to the five slain militants, who were killed in an 18 hour long gunfight between forces and militants in Marsari, Chowkibal area of north Kashmir’s Kupwara district on Saturday.
