After raiding the prominent newspaper offices to seize the copies, authorities have also banned the Cable TV.
The operators were directed to snap the services early morning, sources said.
The government has already snapped the major cellular services Airtel, Aircel,Vodafone and Reliance alongwith data facility in entire Kashmir.
This followed the cycle of violence that began Saturday after the killing of Hizbul Mujahideen commander Burhan Wani in which 43 people have been killed so far and over 1800 injured.
