As shutdown entered on 26th day on wednesday in kashmir valley against the killing of Hibz millitant Commander Burhan wani, his two associates and morethan 55 civilians since 9 july.
According to reports, Clashes, protests continue in valley on 26th day against the fresh 2 civilian killings.
Farooq Ahmad Kuchay who was killed in forces’ firing in Leitpora area of Pulwama district last night and Reyaz Ahmad Shah an ATM guard of Chattabal area of srinagar who was allegedly killed by forces after returning from duty on Tuesday night.The post mortem report of the Shah confirmed that he has been killed by pellets fired from point blank range.
However reporst reaching here that massive protests were held at tourist resort Pahalgam and Arwani in south Kashmir on Wednesday.
Reports from Pahalgam said that police used tear smoke shells to disperse the protesters. Locals alleged that men in uniform smashed window panes of many hotels in the town.
Reports of protests have reached from many places of Kashmir against the civilian killings at the hands of government forces.
According to reports hndreds of people on Wednesday offered Nimaz Zuhr at Gulshan Chowk in north Kashmir’s Bandipora District.
After offering prayers, people observed a sit-in for two hours at Gulshan Chowk to protest against recent civilian killings in Kashmir.
Meanwhile Sopore town also boils against the 2 fresh killings , reports reaching here that clashes also broke out at Warpora village of sopore town in which 2 people has been injured and clashes were going on when this report has been filed.
Curfew, restrictions and shutdown is going on in the valley ever since the killing of militant commander Burhan Wani in south Kashmir.
