Sopore, 05 October: Scores of students hold a protest rally in North Kashmir’s Dooru Village against government policies announcing examination to be held in November.

The students raised pro-freedom and anti-India slogans and carried placards reading, “Stop innocent killings in Kashmir”.

The protesting students staged demonstration in front of zonal education officer Dangerpora Sopore with one slogan that we won’t appear in examination until Kashmir issue will be resolved.
They accused the state education ministry of being “blind to the situation” and asked it to bring back the eye sight of those students who are unable to read and write now because of pellet injuries.
