Hajjin : Terming poor people as worst sufferers from basic amenities Voice of Youth President Rather Mehraj on Sunday said that Sonawari villages have been badly neglected by government from developmental scenario.
In order to listen and to highlight the problems faced by the people in Sonawari constituency, Voice of Youth President Rather Mehraj on Sunday visited Ganastan area of Hajjin in northern region of Kashmir.
While addressing large gathering of people including women, Rather said that the main aim of Voice of Youth is to fight for our basic rights for which we poor people are casting our votes , he said that government always gives common people hardships and fake hopes, Rather said that a lay man had always been worst effect with multiple ways but the time has come where everyone should come forward for their basic rights.
Locals of the area in their interaction with Voice of Youth President Rather Mehraj raised issues including Water,prevailing power crisis, non availability of primary even as well Aganwadi centre in the area , while interacting with local population, Rather assured to raise their voice to the higher authorities.
Meanwhile Locals said that the Mehraj is the first person to visit this area since PDP_BJP government elected in Kashmir and joined hands towards Voice of Youth.
