Srinagar, July 23 : Civil Sect Employees on Monday threatened to go on indefinite strike if government fail to address their issues immediately without playing delaying tactics.
Civil Secretariat Union Employees President Ghulam Rasool Mir told GNS that employees will go on state-wide protest “shortly” as issues instead of being addressed are being protracted.
“Major issues which were finalized are now being delayed in governor rule also. Even issue about pay anomalies is kept pending, secretariat employees who were detached are still enjoying postings as detachment order seems to be eyewash. Cadre review pending is pending,” he said and urged the government to address the issues without any further delay. (GNS)
