Hajj pilgrims from Kashmir suffer ‘due to lack of facilities’

Date:

Srinagar: A number of Hajj pilgrims from Kashmir are suffering due to lack of adequate facilities. A number of Hajj pilgrims said that on Friday they were told to reach a bus stand for offering Friday prayers in Haram Sherief but the bus did not reach later and they were told to return.

“We were early waiting for the bus but were simply told that bus is not coming,” said a Haj pilgrim who along with other pilgrims was asked to reach particular point for boarding the bus from Azizya (bus number 8A).

The pilgrims also complained of lack of other facilities and urged authorities to intervene.
