Srinagar, Aug 31 : Two persons were killed in a landslide in the Bundgam area of central Kashmir’s Budgam district on Wednesday evening.
Local sources told news agency Kashmir Dot Com that two persons identified as Fayaz Ahmad parry son of Late Mohammad Ramzan and Mohammad Subhan Parray son of Ghulam Mohammad both residents of Bandgam were extracting sand, suddenly came under the landslide and died on spot.
A police officer also confirmed the incident to KDC and said a team of Budgam police is on-spot at Bandgam and the bodies will be handed over to families after completing legal formalities. (KDC)
