The blame game over attack on three Kashmiri drivers today took another political turn with the ruling coalition partner of PDP, BJP, blaming that the petrol-bomb attack was carried by the men “associated” with the opposition parties and were “in no way” related to BJP or RSS. Talking to KNS, BJP leader and Minister for PHE Sukhnandan Kumar said that the opposition parties, National Conference, Congress and National Panthers Party, did not want the PDP-BJP alliance to continue in the state and thus they carry out such attacks in the state. “NC, Congress, and Panthers Party do not want our (BJP) alliance with PDP to continue. So, they are carrying out such communal attacks in Jammu,” Kumar said. The minister said that the controversial issues would not force the alliance partners to part ways from each other. “Our government will complete its six-year term. The opposition parties are living in a dream world and they think that attacks like Udhampur will weaken the government,” he said, “But that will not happen.” NC and Congress had blamed BJP “backed” men for attacking the three drivers.
