Lashkar-e-Toiba has expressed its anger against the arrest of Dukhtaran-I-Millat chief Asieya Andrabi and activists by police on Sunday. IN an emailed statement to KNS, LeT chief Mahmood Shah said that despite arrests and crackdown on Hurriyat leaders and their activists, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit was not welcomed by the people of Kashmir. “By not welcoming Modi, Kashmiris made it clear to Indian government that they will never accept the occupation of their land. Those Kashmiri people who are friends with Modi are traitors because Modi is the killer of thousands of Muslims in India. Those who support Modi in Kashmir are making his way clear to kill Kashmiri Muslism too,” Shah said in the statement. The LeT chief hailed the shutdown observed by the people here on Modi’s visit.
