Baramulla : If you think that success and experience go hand in hand ,you are wrong . It’s true that hard work and persistence can take you places. But, there are a few gifted exceptions, Sakib Majeed Katari a 6th class student of Pachaar Chandoosa area in north kashmir’s Baramulla district has brought laurels not only for his family but whole north Kashmir district after he invented JCB.
Sakib told Kashmr Despatch that before one year i made a JCB which later was displayed at my school but due to the ignorance of school authorities i somehow was disappointed , he said that its because of my family support which makes my hope alive and i continue try to show my talent , i again come up with new invention and this time i made Gondolla which will run on one battery , tape recording barriers and silk rolls.
While ignoring from the school authorities as well government but his invention has surprised one and all including his parents, but being poor he is not able to do more due to which his talent has not been justified.
Sakib’s mother a teacher in Army school told Kashmir Despatch that from his early childhood Sakib used to pick electronic items and play with them and sometimes open and do different sorts of things with these equipment’s. She said that we are continue helping and supporting our kid for fulfilling his dream, She added that government should take care and support such talents which will make Kashmir proud.
Such inventions should be assisted with government support , and the concerned authorities should take care of his talent and only then the nation will be proud of him, which can help the state in the near future” said a local resident of Pachaar Chandoosa.
