Baramulla : Baramulla police on Monday said that 47 security personnels including One Assistant Commandant were Injured during clashes in Pattan area in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district.
Police in a statement said that , miscreants staged protests and pelted stones on the security forces deployed on Natiional Highway on the following locations viz Mirgund, Chainabal, Harthrath, Singhpora, Jheel bridge, Kripalpora Payeen, and Hanjiwera, areas of District Baramulla, resulting in injuries to 47 security forces personnel including 01 Assistant Commandant of SSB 2nd Bn, who was hit on his head.
Utmost restraint was maintained by the forces on ground, however about 07 miscreants got injured who are all stable statement further reads.
