Why Dr. Farooq Abdullah is infavorable to G20 meet in Srinagar: Tarun Chugh

Srinagar, May 02 : BJP National General Secretary Tarun Chugh Tuesday said that why NC President Dr. Farooq Abdullah is against the hold of G20 summit in Srinagar.


“I want to ask Dr. Farooq Abdullah why are you against the holding of G20 summit in Srinagar. Don’t you know it will change the lives of people of Jammu and Kashmir, economy and structure of tourism as well,” BJP leader told KNS.


He said it is surprising that Dr. Farooq Abdullah is speaking against the development and G20 summit which is going to be held in Srinagar.

“Why he (Dr. Farooq Abdullah) is creating hindrances in the conduct of G20 meeting,” he said.


He alleged that peace, prosperity and developmental activities in Jammu and Kashmir panic Dr. Farooq. “Today J&K is treading on the path of development and it will further in times to come,” he said.


On elections, the BJP leader said Elections will be held on appropriate time and BJP has no role in its lingering. It was BJP who conducted Panchayat, BDC and DDC polls smoothly in which huge number of people participated.

This speaks people’s confidence on Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s able leadership,” he added.


He noted after August 05, 2019 the Jammu and Kashmir witnessed massive development. Besides the Central government took clear stand on zero tolerance against terrorism.

“After abrogation of Art-370 and 35-A, the terror and terrorism has reduced very much,” Chugh said. (KNS)
