Baramulla, May 30: The Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir, Manoj Sinha, said on Tuesday that youth are custodians of our future and have a significant role to play in the progress of the union territory.
LG Manoj Sinha, as per Kashmir Despatch Correspondent, said that the administration is making all possible efforts for the better future of our youth.
He said in order to provide an opportunity for our youth and sportspersons to demonstrate their skills, efforts are on the administration’s side for their bright future.
The Lieutenant Governor also said that our initiatives in health, education infrastructure, connectivity, and empowering women and youth have opened up a vast array of opportunities.
He said our focus on balanced development is benefiting all sections of society, and backward areas are also now linked to the mainstream.
On the occasion, LG also inaugurated several key infrastructure projects, including 7 custom hiring centres for farmers and 9 polygreen houses for SHGs in the Baramulla district.
