Budgam, Aug 22 ; An Islamic Cleri was stabbed by his followers on Tuesday evening in central Kashmir’s Budgam district officials said.
Official sources revealed to Kashmir Scroll that the victim, identified as Ab Azi Parray, son of Mohd Ismail Parray from Parray Angan, Ompora, Budgam, was attacked by his own followers at his residence.
In the incident the Cleri sustained minor were injuries
An official has confirmed that a case has been registered in connection with the incident, and a thorough investigation has been initiated to uncover the truth behind this heinous act. (KS)
