J&K Govt. Clamps Down on Alleged Anti-State Activities, Dismisses Four Employees

Date:

Srinagar, Nov 22 : The Jammu and Kashmir government yet again taken action by sacking four employees under Article 311 of the Indian Constitution.

Official sources told News Agency First Break, these employees include a police constable, a teacher, a laboratory bearer, and an assistant professor of medicine at SMHS.

Their dismissal comes as a result of their alleged involvement with forces that work against India and their spreading of malicious propaganda the official sources said.

This move is part of a broader effort to crack down on such activities, with around 50 employees already being dismissed from government services in Jammu and Kashmir.

The process of dismissal began in April of last year, following the establishment of a committee by the Union Territory administration. The committee was tasked with investigating allegations of government employees’ involvement in anti-State activities and recommending the dismissal of those found guilty. (FB)
