The Railway Protection Force (RPF) Commando Team exhibited an outstanding performance at the 14th All India Police Commando Competition (AIPCC) hosted by the Andhra Pradesh Police in Visakhapatnam from January 18th to January 30th, 2024.
It was a moment of immense pride when CT Bijender, representing the CORAS unit of RPF, secured the prestigious Cheeta Run Trophy, acknowledging his exceptional individual excellence as one of the nation’s top commandos.
This commendable achievement by the RPF Commando Team is attributed to the visionary leadership of DG RPF, Shri Manoj Yadava, IPS, the strategic guidance of IG RPSF, Shri Sumati Shandilya, IRPFS, and commitment of CO/CORAS, Shri Munawar Khan, IRPFS. The dedicated trainers at the 9th Battalion RPSF, Jagadhri, played a key role in preparing the commandos for the challenges presented by the competition.
In a field where precision and skill are paramount, the RPF Commando Team showcased its capabilities against elite commando units from across the country, reinforcing their commitment in upholding the highest standards in security, protection and response.
