BARAMULLA, May 01: The District Information Centre Baramulla bids a heartfelt farewell to a stalwart, Hakeem Ghulam Mohammad, Senior Assistant, who retired on superannuation after 40 years of dedicated service.
In an impressive ceremony held at the Girls’ Higher Secondary School Baramulla, colleagues, friends, and dignitaries came together to celebrate the illustrious career of Hakeem Ghulam Mohammad. The event was graced by the presence of District Information Officer (DIO), Baramulla, Mr. Iftikhar Ahmad, Senior Correspondent of Shairbeen, Karamat Qayoom,District President, Employees Union Information Department Baramulla, Shahzad Ahmad Bhat ,Employees from various other Departments, Media persons and all officials from Information department Baramulla.
During the farewell function, the DIO hailed the contributions of Ghulam Mohammad as the Senior Assistant in the department and congratulated him on his retirement and extended his best wishes for his post-retirement life.
Tributes poured in from the other officials and colleagues who had joined to celebrate this special day, highlighting his professionalism, integrity, and exemplary work ethic.
In his farewell address, Hakeem Ghulam Mohammad reflected on the journey of his illustrious career in the information department and expressed gratitude for the support and camaraderie he received during his time at DIC Baramulla.
Later, Ghulam Mohammad Hakeem was accompanied by his colleagues to his home, where his family members joined in to make this special day even more memorable for him.
