Sopore, July 01: A policeman died of cardiac arrest in Sopore town of north Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Monday, officials said.
They told Kashmir Despatch that Sgt. Khushal Ahmad was on his way home and was waiting for a train at the railway station in Sopore when he suddenly collapsed to the ground.
However, he was immediately taken to the sub-district hospital in Sopore, where doctors declared him brought dead on arrival.
Meanwhile, police took cognizance of this incident.
