Srinagar: DGP J&K R.R. Swain, Chairperson PWWA Prof. Rasmita Das Swain, and IGP Kashmir V.K. Birdhi visited the family of the late DSP Humayun Muzamil Bhat, a Kirti Chakra Awardee.
The officers paid homage to the fallen hero, whose legacy of bravery and compassion continues to resonate. During their visit to Ms. Fatima Humayun and her young son, they emphasized the enduring respect and love that the martyr’s memory evokes.
