Srinagar, Oct 07 : A fresh Western disturbance is set to bring snowfall to the higher reaches of the Kashmir Valley over the next 48 hours.
According to the independent weather forecast “Kashmir Weather,” higher altitudes in Kashmir, including Gulmarg, Sonamarg, Sinthan Top, Razdan Top, Peer Ki Gali, Gurez, and other elevated destinations, may experience snowfall accumulation of 2 to 5 inches. This fresh blanket of snow is anticipated to enhance the beauty of these picturesque locales, attracting winter sports enthusiasts and tourists alike.
In addition to the snowfall, light rain showers are expected over the plains of Jammu and Kashmir during this period, the weather forecaster further noted.
