The Indian Army’s Chinar Corps hosted an exhilarating volleyball tournament at Halmatpora, Gonipora, Kupwara, from October 15 to October 18, 2024.
This event aimed to empower local youth and promote a spirit of teamwork, sportsmanship, and healthy competition in the region.
With enthusiastic participation from teams across the Halmatpora block, the tournament underscored the importance of physical health and active lifestyles while strengthening community bonds.
The finals, held on October 18, showcased an intense match between Chalgund and Gonipora, with the Chalgund team emerging as the overall champions!
In recognition of their achievements, the winners and runners-up received trophies, medals, and certificates. All participants also celebrated their dedication with certificates of participation, acknowledging their hard work and commitment to the sport.
