Police on Wednesday affixed proclamation orders to the residences of 10 absconding individuals in the Zaingeer belt, instructing them to appear in court within 30 days or face attachment of their properties.
The order of which a copy lies with Kashmir Despatch reads, Lateef Ahmad War S/o Mukht War, Ashiq Hussain War S/o Ali Mohd War, Afroz Ahmad War S/o Mohd Maqbool War, residents of Warpora, Sopore, Yousuf Lone S/o Sonawallah Lone R/o Botingoo; Bashir Ahmad Mir S/o Subhan Mir R/o Harwan; Irshad Ahmad Reshi S/o Ali Mohd Reshi R/o Yambalzawari; Gh. Nabi Sheikh S/o Ab. Gani Sheikh R/o Krankshivun, Sopore; Javid Ahmad Dobhi S/o Gh. Nabi Dobhi R/o Zaloora; Maqbool Ahmad War S/o Sonawallah War R/o Warpora; and Farooq Ahmad Bhat S/o Ab. Ahad Bhat R/o Zaloora are the accused absconding persons who have been ordered to report to the magistrate court within 30 days. If they fail to do so, their properties will be seized.
