Srinagar, Jan 16 : Railway authorities on thursday cancelled Train services between Budgam-Banihal and Link Tracks Due to Heavy snowfall.
A railway official said, Train No. 74628 operating between Budgam and Banihal, along with its link train 74617 running between Banihal and Budgam, will remain cancelled today due to heavy snowfall from Banihal to Awantipora.
The decision has been taken to ensure passenger safety as snowfall has severely impacted the tracks in the affected areas. Authorities are closely monitoring the weather conditions to resume operations at the earliest. (JKNS)
