SRINAGAR, Aug 9: A Mega Ayush medical camp held today at Hussani Park, Hassna Abad Rainawari, drew an overwhelming response from residents, offering them free healthcare services and medicines.
The event, organized by the Ayush unit of RSGC in collaboration with Whizzy World, was aimed at making quality medical consultation accessible to the local community. A total of 453 people benefited from the camp, where they received expert advice and free medicines.
The dedicated medical team—comprising Dr. Qurat, Dr. Ayub, Dr. Saimun, Dr. Mushtaq, pharmacist Nazir Ahmad, Misba (outsource staff), and Mohd Qasim (NO)—worked tirelessly throughout the day to attend to the large turnout of patients.
Locals expressed heartfelt gratitude to the Department of Ayush, DAO Srinagar, and all those involved in organizing the camp. Many lauded the initiative for reaching out to the needy and hoped such camps would be held regularly to address healthcare gaps in the area.
The success of the event reaffirmed the commitment of the Ayush department and its partners to community health and wellbeing, while also showcasing the importance of collaborative efforts in delivering essential healthcare to the grassroots.
