Srinagar: One person was arrested on Friday in Singhpora area of North Kashmir’s Baramulla district.
As per sources, Zahoor Ahmad Khan son of Abdul Rashid residence of Soibugh was arrested by police at a checkpoint in Harterath village of Singhpora.
“He was coming from Srinagar to Baramulla in an Alto vehicle bearing registration number JK18-1299,” a police official said.
The official also added that a grenade and 49 rounds of AK47 were recovered from his possession.
