Baramulla, Dec 30 : Gunshots heard as forces launched cordon-and-search operation in North Kashmir’s Baramulla village this evening.
Reports reaching Kashmir Despatch said that amid gunshots forces launched a search operation in Dandmoh village of Kreeri on Sunday evening.
Meanwhile,a source said that the area continues to be under forces’ siege and there was no exchange of gunfire till last reports came in.
A senior police official also confirmed this news and said that area has been cordoned off following some gunshots. He said no contact with militants were established established as of now.
