SRINAGAR, June 10: A wave of grief has swept through Jammu and Kashmir’s medical community following the demise of renowned physician, academician, and former Head of the Department of Social and Preventive Medicine (SPM) at Government Medical College (GMC) Srinagar, Dr. Ghulam Mohammad Dhar. Widely respected for his contributions to medical education and public health, Dr. Dhar’s passing has been mourned by colleagues, students, and healthcare professionals across the region.
