SRINAGAR, AUGUST 15: Directorate of Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs (FCS&CA) , Kashmir celebrated the 80th Independence Day with patriotic fervour and enthusiasm here today.
The national flag was hoisted by Director, Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs, Kashmir, Nazim Zai Khan. Joint Director, Shaheena Khan; Financial Advisor/Chief Accounts Officer, Peerzada Ahtishamul Haq; Deputy Director, Mohammad Rafeeq Bhat; officers and officials of the department were also present.
On the occasion, the Director extended his warm greetings and heartfelt congratulations to the nation and all employees of the Department on the auspicious occasion of Independence Day.
He appreciated the participation of all employees in the celebrations and urged them to continue working with commitment and a spirit of public service towards strengthening the delivery mechanism and ensuring that the benefits of Government schemes reach the deserving population in a transparent and efficient manner.
