Forces launch search operation in Kreeri village

Kreeri, April 30 : Government forces on Tuesday evening launched a cordon-and-search operation at Kreeri village of north Kashmir’s Baramulla district.


Reports reaching Kashmir Despatch said that a joint team of army’s 29 RR, SOG and 176 CRPF launched a cordon-and-search operation at Khipora village of Kreeri.


Police sources said that operation was launched following the inputs about the movement of suspected militants.


“All entry and exit points of the area have been sealed and door to door searches are going on,” sources said.
