SRINAGAR, May 29: The University of Kashmir Wednesday appointed professor (Dr) Kaiser Ahmad, Principal Government Medical College, Srinagar and renowned pediatrician as Dean, School of Medicine for a period of three years or till he attains superannuation whichever is earlier.
