Sopore, May 30 : Forces on early Thursday launched a cordon-and-search operation at Dangerpora village of Sopore in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district.
Reports reaching Kashmir Despatch said a joint team of Army’s 22 RR, special operation group of police (SOG) and CRPF jointly launched search operation in Bunpora Mohalla of Dangerpora Sopore and conducted house to house search operation in the area.
A police officer also confirmed this cordon and search operation and said following suspecious movement searches were launched in the area.
Searches in the area was on when last reports came in.
