Man shifted to hospital after allegedly thrashed by army

Pattan, Feb 27, : A man was shifted to hospital after beaten up inside an army camp in Palhalan area of Pattan town in North Kashmir’s Baramulla district reported Srinagar based news agency KNT.

Relatives of the victim informed police that Wusan based 29 Rashtriya Rifles camp called one Jan Muhammad Tantray son of Nazir Ahmed Tantray to the camp where they thrashed him badly.

The victim who hailed from Rajpora Palhalan had sustained injuries and was shifted to JVC Hospital Srinagar.

A police official while confirming the incident said that they are ascertaining the facts reported news agency KNT.
