Srinagar, Mar 23 : Government on Monday attached three IAS officers to Health and Medical Education Department to assist in coronavirus mitigation efforts in Jammu and Kashmir.
According to an order issued here, Yasha Mudgal, IAS(JK:2007), Managing Director, Jammu Power Distribution Corporation Limited, Simrandeep Singh, IAS(JK:2008), Secretary to the Government, Department of Disaster Management, Relief, Rehabilitation and Reconstruction, holding additional charge of Administrative Secretary, Department of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs and Mohammad Aijaz, IAS(JK:2012), Managing Director, Kashmir Power Distribution Corporation Limited have been attached to the Health and Medical Education Department, in addition to their existing duties. The officers will perform functions assigned to them by Financial Commissioner, Health and Medical Education Department, the order, according to GNS, added. (GNS)
