Deputy commissioner Srinagar Dr Shahid Iqbal Chowdhury on Monday evening said FIR has been registered against a group of four including Doctor and a houseboat owner for skipped qurantine after arrival from Delhi.
DC Srinagar in a tweet said, one four persons including a doctor, houseboat owner giving slip to screening staff at TRC on arrival from Delhi. He said the group skipped qurantine later one among tested positive.
He further said FIR has been registered for violation of SOP.
