Sopore, May 18 : The government forces have installed lights amid cordon and search operation in north Kashmir’s Sopore village on Sunday night.
Reports reaching Kashmir Despatch said following inputs about the presence of militants, the government forces launched a cordon and search operation on Sunday late evening at Pazalpora area of Sopore.
Reports said forces installed lights where searches are being conducted.
An official confirming to this newspaper said, operation is underway, sofar no contact was established with the hiding militants.
Earlier on Sunday evening, a joint team of Army’s 22 RR, SOG Sopore and CRPF sealed Pazalpora area of Behrampora following inputs about the presence of militants in the area.
