Baramulla Business man dies of COVID-19, J-K toll rises to 98

Srinagar, June 30 : Kashmir on Tuesday reported another death related COVID-19 as Baramulla business man died of this virus this afternoon.

A health official told Kashmir Despatch that a 50 year-old-man from Deewanbagh Baramulla died of this virus at JVC hospital Srinagar on Tuesday afternoon. He said the patient was on ventilator and was involved in chest problem, cough etc.

Medical Superintendent at Government Medical College Baramulla Dr Syed Masood also confirmed to this newspaper about his death due to COVID-19.

Meanwhile sources told that the deceased was a famous business man in Baramulla town.

With this fresh death the toll rises to 98 in the union territory of Jammu and Kashmir.
