One held with illicit liquor in Varmul

Srinagar, July 05 : Police today arrested a man in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district with 46 bottles of illicit liquor.

Police sources told Kashmir Despatch that acting on a tip-off, police during naka at Mirgund area of Pattan arrested a man and recovered 46 bottles of illicit liquor from his procession.

A case has been registered in this regard and further investigation has been initiated.

This is second such police’s development since past 10 days, earlier a man was arrested at Kralhal area of Baramulla and huge quantity of illicit liquor was recovered from him.
