Handwara, July 16 : Month after joining Bharatiya Janata Party, a party worker from Handwara resigned from the party on Thursday.
As per details available with Kashmir Despatch, Bashir Ahmad Malik son of Mohd Subhan Malik resident of Thokerpora Handwara, who joined BJP last month, resigned today. The resignation of Bashir Ahmad comes hours after a female party worker had resigned from the party.
Meanwhile sources said that score of BJP party workers have resigned from different parts of Kashmir in last few days. While yesterday, Vice President Municipal Corporator Watergam, a BJP party worker from Sopore was kidnapped in the morning, however, police later said that he was rescued by the forces.
