Sopore, August 13 : A mixture of forces sealed Sopore’s Faisalabad area and conducted house to houses searches.
Kashmir Despatch learnt from official sources that a joint team of Army’s 22 RR, SOG and CRPF launched a cordon and search operation at Faisalabad Chinkipora Sopore.
The officer informed this newspaper that operation was launched based on specific inputs about the presence of some militants.
Movement of public, transport was stopped in the area when filed this report.
