School gutted in fire mishap in Pattan

Pattan, August 17: A government high school building was gutted in a fire mishap at Pattan in North Kashmir’s Baramulla District on Monday evening.

Reports reaching Kashmir Despatch said a massive fire broke out this evening at high school building in Nillah area of Pattan. However, Fire tenders, locals rushed to the spot and doused the flames and put fire under control.

In the mishap school building was partially damaged.

Meanwhile a police officer told Kashmir Despatch that fire was put under control, he said the cause of fire was not known immediately.
