Missing girl from Jammu found dead in Chenab river
Jammu, Oct 05 : A young girl from Jammu who was missing since Sunday was found dead on the bank of Chenab river in Reasi on Monday evening.
The girl identified as 26-year-old Sonam Manhas, daughter of Bhawan Singh of Bohri Talab Tillo in Jammu was missing since Sunday, Officials told the news agency (KNO), adding that a missing report was lodged and search was going on to trace her.
“On Monday evening, her body was recovered from the bank of Chenab river in Reasi,” they said.
They added that body of the girl has been shifted to hospital and medico-legal formalities are being conducted—(KNO)
