Srinagar/Jammu, Dec 18 : Government on Friday has accorded sanction to the temporary addition of four posts as Additional Principal Chief Conservator of Forests even as subsequently naming four Indian Forest Service officers for the newly created posts reported news agency GNS.
An order in this regard reads that “Temporary addition of three posts of Additional Principal Chief Conservator of Forests in the Above Super Time Scale – Level 15 of pay matrix in terms of proviso second below sub-rule (2) of Rule 4 of IFS Cadre Rules, 1966 to the IFS cadre of Jammu and Kashmir for a period of two years (sic.).”
The order has subsequently promoted four IFS officers to the post of Additional Principal Chief Conservator of Forests with effect from 01-01-2020.
The officers as per the order include; B.M Sharma, IFS (JK:1995), S.F.A Gilani, IFS (JK:1995), Sandeep Kujur, IFS (JK:1995) and T. Rabi Kumar, IFS (JK;1995).
Meanwhile in a separate order, four Indian Forest Services Officers have been promoted as Conservator of Forests.
The order in this regard reads that “Sanction is hereby accorded to the promotion of IFS officers to the post of Conservator of Forests (Super Time Scale-I) Level 13A of pay matrix with effect from dates mentioned against each (name).”
The officers, as per the order include, K. Anandh, IFS, JK:2004 (w.e.f 01.01.2018 on proforma basis), V.S Senthil Kumar, IFS, JK:2005 (with effect from 01.01.2019 on proforma basis), M.K Kumar, IFS, JK:2006 (01.01.2020) and Irfan Rasool Wani, IFS, JK:2006 (01.01.2020).
