Srinagar, Mar 21 : South Asia Peace Movement, Sunday awarded Station House Officer, police station Sopore Azim Khan, the Real Hero Award 2021 for his exceptional services in the field of Police department.
As per Kashmir Despatch correspondent, The award ceremony was held at Sher-e-Kashmir International Convention Centre (SXICC) Srinagar today on 21st March 2021.
Earlier his name was shortlisted by the jury for the ‘Real Hero Award 2021’.
The award was presented by Honourable Members of Parliament led By Shn Clurag Poswon during a mega event here at Sher-e-Kashmir International Convention Centre (SKICC) Srinagar.
With his dedication and hard work, SHO Sopore shot to fame within a short span of time but his work is visible on ground.
Locals claim that SHO Sopore is working for the betterment of town and it is for his excellent job that he is being rewarded everywhere.
Khan holds the title of streamlining the traffic in the town and clearing the footpaths and market area from street vendors by providing them a separate area for running their business.
