Urges people to cooperate to fight drug abuse
Srinagar, March 22 : IPS officer Rayees Ahmed Bhat today assumed the charge of Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Baramulla.
He asked the people of Baramulla to corporate with Baramulla Police to ensure the district remains drugs free.
” Let people inform us about anything wrong taking place, we will try our best to provide a better life to the people of Baramulla. People need not need to fear with police, except those who are going against law.
Baramulla police will try to serve people in the district,”he added.
Rayees Mohammad Bhat (IPS), AIG (P&T), PHQ and transferred as SSP Baramulla in a recent major reshuffle in the home department.
The Veteran Police Officer has served in various capacities and had held various key positions. (KNS)
