11 BOVINE ANIMALS RESCUED

KISHTWAR April 17, 2021 On a special tip off Kishtwar Police laid a special Naka at Singhpora under the jurisdiction of Police Station Chatroo. Police party of Police Station Chatroo led by Insp. Sandeep Parihar under the supervision of Sh. Devindar Singh Benderal DYSP Hqrs. Kishtwar halted two vehicles of Mahindra made bearing registration number JK17-A 0318 and JK02BV 1036 for checking. During checking, 11 bovine animals were found loaded in the above said vehicles without any valid permission.
All the 11 bovine animals in total were rescued. Accused namely Bashir Ahmed S/O Gh Ahmed Malik R/o Malikpura Zaingam Tehsil Kokernag, Fayaz Ahmed S/O Gh Ahmed Kumar R/o Kralpora Cheeki Teh kokernag, Mohd Aslam S/O Bashir Ahmed Bumal R/O Halnar Chhatro & Mohd Aslam S/0 Bashir Ahmed R/O Dellar Chhatroo were arrested on spot.
In this connection, Case under relevant section of law stands registered at PS Chatroo and further investigation is underway
