Srinagar, July 22: A militant has been killed in the ongoing encounter at Warpora area of Sopore in North Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Thrusday.
Official sources told GNS that one militant has been killed, whose identity is yet to be ascertained.
As per the sources two LeT militants including top commander and a foreigner were believed to trapped.
A joint team of Police, Army’s 22 RR and CRPF had launched operation on a specific input about presence of some militants in the Warpora.
Earlier, militants refused the surrender offer which was given by the security forces.(GNS)
