Srinagar, Oct 06 : Dr. Sidharth Bindroo, son of late Makhan Lal Bindroo, a famous chemist of valley who was shot dead yesterday by unknown gunmen on Wednesday said that his father was man of principles and no life threatening could stop his father to serve the people of Kashmir.
According to Kashmir News Service (KNS) correspondent, talking to media, Sidharth said that he is in deep shock after this incident as he have never expected the death of his father this way.
“My father used to live a extraordinary life. Though he was a ordinary chemist but through his dedication towards his work he has earned a reputable name in valley”, he added.
He also said that based on his morals and principles every kashmiri used to respect him and his work.
Dr. Sidharth Bindroo while expressing grief said that, “My father was a man of principles . He was true to his profession and never did any injustice to his work”.
Not only a true professional but my father was a very helpful and friendly person. The people of valley also loved and respected him.
“My father had a deep emotional connection with the people of valley. He always encouraged our family to live in valley as this was our motherland”, he added.
On being asked whether M L Bindroo faced life threat, he said that maybe there was a life threat ,but they aren’t sure about it.
“Since 90’s my father knew that life threats would always be there but he was a brave man and he didn’t stopped his noble work due to any life threatening”, he added.
“My father’s dream was to serve the people of valley with this noble work”, Sidhart said adding that “I am proud of my father that he served the people of valley from last 40 years”.
“Our whole family is in deep shock and we thank everyone that they stood with us in these difficult times”, he added.(KNS)
